1. Research-Only Compliance

Affiliates must explicitly state that all products from Onyx Biolabs are intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and development. Any marketing suggesting human consumption, therapeutic use, or clinical application is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate termination.

2. Ethical Promotion Standards

All promotions must focus on our strict analytical standards and third-party testing protocols, including HPLC and Mass Spectrometry. Affiliates are encouraged to use provided high-fidelity product imagery to maintain professional brand standards.

3. Commission & Payout Structure

• Commission Rate: Earn a 10% commission on successful referral sales for research peptides.
• Calculations: Commissions are calculated based on the final order subtotal after all laboratory discounts are applied.
• Payout Schedule: Payments are processed monthly following a 30-day "hold" period to account for potential order adjustments .

4. Liability & Agreement

By registering, the Affiliate agrees to indemnify Onyx Biolabs against any legal claims arising from their specific marketing practices. Onyx Biolabs remains strictly a chemical supplier and is not liable for any misuse of products by referred end-users.
